The General Report provides data in the form of graphs and charts for a selected period of time. The tool is great for overall assessment of support service activity and load analysis.
The main indicators provided by the report are:
- number of new requests;
- number of completed requests;
- average time per first response;
- average time to close;
- satisfaction rate.
Once created, all reports can be viewed and downloaded.
