In the personal profile settings you can edit basic user information (name, avatar, password, time zone, etc.). In addition, an employee can specify a personal signature when replying, which will be automatically added at the end of each answer (not including the Omnichannel module). Employees will also be able to set up pop-up and audible notifications of requests.
Also in settings it will be possible to create personal filters, macros and view your own scores on requests for a specified period of time.
