To use your domain name, create a CNAME record with our server address: ns1.helpdeskeddy.com. Once the record is created, open Management -> Global Settings -> Personal domain - enter the new domain name and click the Switch button.

If the DNS setting is correct, the system will switch to your domain name.

 

 

If CNAME record for your domain is incorrectly specified or absent, the system will prompt you to check the correctness of the record via https://mxtoolbox.com

 

To do this, please enter the address of your domain. When you you click on "Check the CNAME record" button, previously entered information will be added to the search box automatically. If the CNAME record is created correctly, information about it will be displayed for the domain name.
