There is a possibility to evaluate replies and internal notes in the request.

A user who has access to the evaluation of replies and internal notes can not only leave their evaluation (positive or negative), but also view the authors of other evaluations.

Users' access to the evaluation can be set in "Access rights groups" -> Request settings:

• Replies and internal notes evaluation - is responsible for displaying and the ability to evaluate replies and internal notes.
• Display evaluation authors - responsible for displaying the names of agents who rated reply or internal note (when hovering over the evaluation).
