EddyDesk captures all changes that take place with the request. To view the actions you need to click on the "Audit" button on the work panel of the request:
- creation and changes of fields in the request;
- adding, editing and viewing of a reply or comment;
- execution of automation tools;
- date and time when actions were performed.
With this functionality, you can track when the necessary event occurred and resolve all possible disputes with the client or between operators.
It is also possible to generate a report on the actions of employees for a certain period and evaluate their productivity with the Audit Report.
