Client managers

In situations where you need to control the work of employees (coordinate deadlines, monitor the progress of tasks, etc.), to each client company (organization) in the system you can assign a manager who will have access to all requests of the company. As a rule, it is the manager of the organization who wants to view all the requests from the employees.

However, the manager can remain a user of the "End-user" type and, therefore, there is no need to pay for it.

 

In order to assign a "manager", you need to open the company card and mark the required user (several users can be selected):
