EddyDesk allows you to send various notifications to Slack via webhook.

To do this, in Slack:

• Open the "Incoming Webhooks" menu in the settings and activate incoming webhooks:

 

•  Add a new webhook:

• Select the source where the notification will be sent:

In EddyDesk, open "Dispatcher" menu and create a new rule with conditions that will send a webhook with a notification to Slack, and select "Send Webhook" in the actions. The URL request must be copied from Slack from here:
